Another fantastic experience with Mike! The ordered windshield came in when he said it would and Mike squeezed my car in the next day and installed it. I was ready to pay $800 out of pocket when Mike said our comprehensive insurance might cover it and it did!! THANK YOU MIKE! 👍

2014 ford fusion I had your guys come out and replace a windshield on Monday September 22nd during replacing I noticed your guy messing with my pillar he told me in broken words it had to be done to replace windshield I asked about the glue he was using he explained that I just had to wait a hour to drive but not only is my pillards messed up he put my windshield wipers back on incorrectly and I am now out of one I am feeling as if you guys gave me a wrong windshield cause I am experiencing small cracks in my windshield or this could be due to the pillars being messed with which I don’t understand why they were touched I need to know what can be done! I have before and after pictures and a ring camera I need you guys to take responsibility by you guys replacing my windshield my pillars should have not been destroyed I am very upset! Yes I have body damage on my car but that didn’t give your guys no right to destroy my car even more I am an unpleased customer and yes I did pay because he had me under the impression it had to be done but talking my car to a shop now I know my pillars should have never been touched this is just awful! Yes they started before I even arrived to my car

Highly recommend! I had a tree crash down infront of my truck, and was unable to avoid it, and cracked my windshield. I called Best Auto Glass looking to have it repaired. At first I thought I would have to wait until Monday. But after 20-30 minutes I got a call back saying my glass was in stock, and I could bring the truck over today for install! With in 2 hours of dropping the truck off, it was completed and I was back on the road! I highly recommend and will use in the future for all auto glass repairs! They also informed that past owner had the glass replaced and it was the wrong style windshield! Honesty and great fair price! Also locally owned and operated!!

Fantastic service all around. They fit me in their schedule immediately the same day. Hospitality beyond compare. Jeremy did a great job especially since the last replacement used the silicone creating the reoccurring leak issue. He even removed and re-adhering my registration sticker, saving me a trip to the DMV. Thank you so much! Best service and prices. So grateful a friend suggested them when hearing I had an appointment with another glass company. I highly recommend them and will return for any auto glass needs.
